Letter, 1937 Feb. 24, 17 Wood End Lane, Bronxville, N.Y. [to] Margot Johnson. Lewis thanks her for the tickets to "Wonderful time." -- Letter, 1940 May 10, 724 North Linden Drive, Beverly Hills, Calif. [to] Eleanor Carroll Chilton. Lewis thanks Chilton for her compliments. He then writes about his activities in the summer ahead when he will be playing the Father in "Ah, wilderness" and the Canon in "Shadow and Substance." He also notes he has just finished a play. -- Letter, 1946 Dec. 6, Thorvale Farm, Williamstown, Mass. [to] Margot Johnson. Lewis asks Johnson if she can introduce Max Flowers, manager and director of the Williams College Theater "to the proper person at Lyons who will talk with him about the possibilities of directing ... in Hollywood." The letter is signed: Red.
